It holds an international G1 designation and is known as the '2-Year-Old Filly Queen Determination Race.' This race is exclusively for 2-year-old fillies, serving as a decisive championship for young female horses.

The race starts from a pocket extended from the second corner on the backstretch, with a 712-meter run to the third corner (on the A Course). There is a 4.3-meter uphill climb leading to the third corner, followed by a steep downhill run into the fourth corner. Though the corners are more gradual compared to the inner course, the slope is sharp. The final straight is flat and measures 404 meters (A Course).
