On the 8th, a false start was declared in the Brezza Sho at Kawasaki Racecourse, the 4th race of the day. A restart was declared, however, as all horses continued running for a considerable distance despite the false start, all horses were disqualified, and the race was called off. All bets placed were refunded.

Additionally, in the 7th race, the Raiden Sho, another restart occurred. Peace Lien was scratched, but the race was restarted and subsequently proceeded as valid.
