Romantic Warrior and Voyage Bubble, who are set to compete in the G1 Yasuda Kinen at Tokyo Racecourse, arrived in Japan from Hong Kong on the 21st and settled into the international stables at Tokyo Racecourse, as announced by the Japan Racing Association on their website.

The two horses arrived at Narita International Airport at 6:55 AM on the 21st and reached Tokyo Racecourse at 11:50 AM, following approximately 12 hours of transportation from their home stables.

Romantic Warrior has dominated the Hong Kong middle-distance scene, boasting seven G1 victories, including a streak of four consecutive G1 wins from last year's Cox Plate to the recent Queen Elizabeth II Cup. He has a career record of 14 wins from 19 starts.

Voyage Bubble secured the Hong Kong Classic Mile and Hong Kong Derby titles in 2023 and achieved his first G1 victory by 1.25 lengths in the Hong Kong Stewards' Cup this January. His career record stands at six wins from 18 starts.

Comments from Romantic Warrior's Assistant Trainer, Kartai Lau:
"The horse is in the same condition as he was in Hong Kong, and he seems happy. We have scheduled his final track work for next Tuesday, but tomorrow he will have light exercise on the international training track to acclimate to the environment."

Comments from Voyage Bubble's Assistant Trainer, Yankin Lau:
"Despite the long journey, the horse's condition remains the same as it was before leaving Hong Kong, and he has been eating well since arriving. We plan to have a gallop next Tuesday. Tomorrow, he will do some trotting and easy cantering on the international training track to get used to the surroundings."
