Last year's G1 Satsuki Sho (Japanese 2000 Guineas) winner, Geoglyph has officially been confirmed to start in the G1 Takarazuka Kinen at Hanshin Racecourse on June 25th. The announcement was made via the website of his owner, Sunday Thoroughbred Club.

Initially, the JPN1 Teio Sho at NAR's Oi Racecourse on 28th and the G1 Takarazuka Kinen were both under consideration. After discussions among all parties involved, it was decided that he would compete on the turf where he has a proven record. The riding arrangements are still under consideration. Geoglyph has been undergoing training at the Ritto Training Center since June 4th.
