Regaleira, who claimed victory in her prep race, headlines a solid lineup in the G1 Queen Elizabeth II Cup.

Last year's G1 Arima Kinen winner Regaleira (Filly, 4yo) has maintained solid form outside of the G1 Takarazuka Kinen, where she was returning from a long layoff due to injury. In last year's Queen Elizabeth II Cup, she finished fifth as the favourite, though the result came after interference and can be considered an exception. In her comeback race, the All Comers, she once again showed her class as a G1 winner, overcoming a less-than-smooth trip to prevail decisively. Her proven ability and resilience make her a top contender as she seeks redemption following last year's setback. Keita Tosaki will take the reins.

Despite being a six-years-old, Kana Tape (Mare, 6yo) continues to show remarkable improvement. She captured her first graded stakes title in the Sekiya Kinen, setting a new record in the process. Though stretching out in distance, she has no issues with settling and can adapt to any race shape. Her latest run in the Ireland Trophy was a strong seasonal return, putting her in the mix for another big performance. Damian Lane has been booked to ride.

Other notable contenders include Paradis Reine (Filly, 3yo), who fought strongly in both the G1 Japanese Oaks and G1 Shuka Sho. Last year's G1 Oka Sho winner Stellenbosch (Filly, 4yo), the in-form Aurora X (Filly, 4yo), the improving Coconuts Brown (Mare, 5yo). Lynx Tip (Filly, 3yo), who performed admirably in this year's Oka Sho and Japanese Oaks, and finally, the consistent graded performer Verehrung (Mare, 5yo).

Post time is set for 15:40 (JST).
