G1 Osaka Hai winner Jack d'Or clocked 11.0 seconds for the last furlong during his final work on the Ritto woodchip course ahead of the G1 Tenno Sho (Autumn), and left those at his home training centre excited for his next engagement. Trainer Kenichi Fujioka commented, "I loved his work. It was one of the best I have seen from him. This shows his body condition and he is mentally ready as well. I am looking forward to the race."
