Fierce Pride notched a smart victory with Christophe Lemaire on board in the G3 Turquoise Stakes at Nakayama Racecourse. She finished fourth last year in the same race and made a great comeback with this win.

Lemaire commented, "I have been watching her race. She is not the quickest to jump out of the barrier so I wanted to focus on securing a good position in a pack of horses. She was travelling well and she stayed well until the finish line. I am glad to gift her with a graded title."
