Danon Mont Blanc will make his debut in Race 5 at Hanshin Racecourse this Saturday. He is a half-sister to the Triple Tiara winner Liberty Island and out of two-time Australian G1 winner Yankee Rose. He was bought at the 2021 Select Sale Yearling Session for 370,000,000 JPY.

He is trained by Mitsumasa Nakauchida, who also trained Liberty Island. Yuga Kawada will be taking the reins for his debut race.

He has been showing his potential in track work, recently clocking an average of 12.1 seconds for the final furlong. The eyes of the fans are on his as he makes his first start, hoping to follow his sister's path.
