The future still seems very bright for T O Royal after his dominating win in the G2 Hanshin Daishoten with Yuji Hishida on board. Warp Speed made a move at the last turn but it was no match to the winner as he finished five lengths ahead of Warp Speed. T O Royal won an entry spot in the G1 Tenno Sho (Spring).

Winning jockey Hishida reflected: "He did not have much experience on the heavy ground but it was a no problem for him. He never slowed down and kept going until the finish line. Such an amazing horse to show that in these heavy conditions."

The next run will highly likely be the G1 Tenno Sho (Spring), on which he added: "He won in a very strong style in his past two runs. (The) next race will be a very important one and we will do everything."
