Amante Bianco's victory marks the first Jpn1 triumph by a white horse on dirt, a significant achievement following the white wonder Sodashi's three Grade 1 victories on turf, including the 2020 G1 Hanshin Juvenile Fillies. This win represents a new era in the revamped Dirt Classics in Japan. The victory was brilliantly sealed at Oi Racecourse, where his dam, Yukichan, also displayed her talents with one victory in Jpn2 and two in Jpn3 races. With Christophe Lemaire sidelined due to an injury sustained in Dubai, Yuga Kawada, taking the reins in his place, commented, "Last time, there was a stumble at the start, so I paid extra attention to that.
