The top two positions remain unchanged from the previous ranking. Laurel River holds the top spot with a rating of 128, followed by Rebel's Romance with a rating of 123.

Three horses are tied for third place on a rating of 121. National Treasure and Senor Buscador retain their previous positions, and they are joined by Notable Speech, who won the G1 English 2000 Guineas by 1 1/2 lengths.

Both have a rating of 119, tying them for 15th place.

Notably, T O Royal, who won the G1 Tenno Sho (Spring) and had a rating of 119, was not included in the list after deliberation by the LWBRR committee.
