Trainer Yoshito Yahagi, currently based at Hakodate Racecourse, revealed travel plans for an autumn campaign in Europe for Shin Emperor, who finished third in the G1 Japanese Derby.

"Shin Emperor is currently resting at Northern Farm Shigaraki, but he will head to France at the end of August to be based at Shimizu's stable in Chantilly for his preparations. We plan to charter flights to and from the G1 Irish Champion Stakes. From there, we'll aim for the G1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe. Although the accompanying horse has not been decided yet, we plan to bring one along," he explained.
