Young rising star Taisei Danno guided Jasper Krone to victory in the G3 CBC Sho at Chukyo Racecourse on Sunday. The pair positioned up-front and led their rivals all the way to the finish line, holding off the late challenge made by Thank You Yuga by a half-length. Smart Courage finished third, two lengths behind Thank You Yuga.

Jasper Krone is a son of Frosted out of Fancy Kitten, by Kitten's Joy. This is his first graded title after finishing 16th last start in the G3 Hakodate Sprint S.
