In the 5th race at Chukyo on July 1st, jockey Yuga Kawada claimed his 1,900th career victory in the JRA (including 23 G1 wins and a total of 124 graded stakes wins), riding Kurono Hallelujah to victory. He became the 10th jockey in history and the fourth active jockey to achieve this milestone.

After the race, a ceremony was held in the winner's enclosure to celebrate Kawada's achievement. He expressed his gratitude, saying, "Last week, I couldn't achieve the results I wanted and had to carry that disappointment, so I am truly grateful to have reached 1,900 wins.
