J S Arrow Stud announced that 17-year-old stallion Nakayama Festa, the winner of the 2010 G1 Takarazuka Kinen and runner-up in the same year's G1Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, will retire from stud duties.
Nakayama Festa will spend his retirement as a pensioned horse at Urakawa Yushun Village AERU. As a stallion, he has produced horses such as Ganko, the winner of the 2018 Nikkei Sho, and Babbit, the winner of the 2020 G3 Radio Nikkei Sho and the St.Lite Kinen.
