World Ace after winning the Milers Cup

The 14-year-old stallion World Ace, who was favourite in the Japanese Derby of 2012, is set to retire from stud duties. The announcement was made by JS, the administrative office of Arrow Stud, on the 19th. From August onwards, he will spend his retirement at Northern Horse Park in Hokkaido.

During his racing career, World Ace secured two graded stakes victories, winning the G3 Kisaragi Sho in 2012 and the G2 Milers Cup in 2014. His offspring, Meisho Shintake, is currently aiming for his first JRA graded stakes victory and is set to compete in this week's G3 Chukyo Kinen.
