Luke Morris, the rider associated with Alpinista, who achieved a remarkable 6 consecutive G1 wins including the 2022 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, represents the United Kingdom. Additionally, female jockeys Rachel King (UK-born but Australian-based) and Marie Velon from France will make their debut in the event.

King, who has secured G1 victories for two consecutive seasons in Australia, expressed her excitement, stating, "I'm very excited to ride for the first time in Japanese racing, and I'm really looking forward to it." Velon, who set a new record for the most wins by a female jockey in a year in France with 84 victories in 2020, said, "I'm really proud to be able to participate, and I'm looking forward to gaining valuable experience through riding in Japan."
