Rankings Confirmed for Sapporo, Niigata, and Kokura

Takeshi Yokoyama secured 22 wins at Sapporo, including the G3 Sapporo Nisai Stakes, and claimed his third consecutive Sapporo Leading Jockey title. He commented, 'I couldn't secure the Leading title in Hakodate, so I'm pleased to have achieved it in Sapporo.' Takeshi Yokoyama also clinched the overall Leading Jockey title for the Hokkaido series with 36 wins across the two northern racecourses.

In the trainer's category, Naosuke Sugai became the Sapporo Leading Trainer with seven wins, while Yuichi Shikato claimed the Hokkaido Series Leading Trainer title with eight wins.

During the Niigata racing season, Yuga Kawada became the leading jockey with 12 wins. Kawada expressed, 'I'm truly grateful that we were able to enjoy the Leading Jockey competition.' The trainer's equivalent went to Tetsuya Kimura, with a total of eight wins.

In Kokura's summer racing festival, Ryusei Sakai claimed the Leading Jockey title with 10 wins. Teruhiko Chida emerged on top of the trainer's table with five wins. Additionally, as the 2023 Kokura racing season concluded, jockey Hideaki Miyuki, with 20 wins, and trainer Chida, with seven wins, topped the Kokura Leading Jockey and Trainer rankings, respectively.
