France Galop closed entries to the G1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe on the 27th, leaving a final field of 15 runners. Barrier numbers and jockeys will be announced on the 28th.

At Chantilly Training Center, Through Seven Seas was put through her final workout before the race, which will be held on October 1st. Trainer Ozeki reflected on the exercise during an online conference. "I was a bit worried about the change in the condition of the turf in Chantilly from last Sunday but the rider did a great job adapting to the new condition," he said. "The horse worked really nicely as well."

Jockey Christophe Lemaire also observed the workout with the trainer and stated: "I think she is doing amazing. The movements were dynamic. I think she has reached the level of Japanese G1 winners. I think she will do great in the Arc."
