Do Deuce with Yutaka Take on board won the G1 Arima Kinen at Nakayama Racecourse. Stars on Earth finished second a half-length behind the winner and Titleholder came home in third a length behind Stars on Earth. Sent off favourite Justin Palace finished fourth. The winning time was 2:30.9.

Do Deuce is a son of Heart's Cry out of Dust and Diamonds by Vindication. This is his third G1 title and fourth G1 Arima Kinen title for the winning jockey Yutaka Take.
