The owners' club of Through Seven Seas announced on the 27th that the 5-year-old mare will retire from the racing after a fracture was found following her 12th place finish in the G1 Arima Kinen.

Through Seven Seas showed lameness and pain a day after that Arima Kinen run, and after X-ray examination her connections decided to retire her due to the long expected recovery time.

She finished with a career record of four wins from 14 starts with one graded stakes title.
