The Japan Racing Association announced on the 18th that the 2022 Copa Republica Argentina winner Breakup will have a trainer change from Tatsuya Yoshioka to Naoyuki Morita. Connections also accepted the invitation to the G3 Red Sea Turf Handicap which will be run on Saudi Cup day.

Following this second trainer change, Morita will be the third trainer to train Breakup, a six-year-old entire, who has had a 23-start career so far.
