The ownership group of Sol Oriens, Shadai Thoroughbred Club, has announced that the four-year-old will run in the G1 Osaka Hai with Takeshi Yokoyama booked to ride. Sol Oriens became an unbeaten G1 Satsuki Sho winner when partnered by Yokoyama, and finished second in the G1 Japanese Derby. He finished fourth in the G2 Nakayama Kinen in February and will look to bounce back in the Osaka Hai.
