Ryusei Sakai polited Meisho Tabaru to a dominant victory in the G3 Mainichi Hai at Hanshin Racecourse. Noble Roger made a late challenge but was nowhere near the winner as he finished six lengths behind. Bellagio Bond came home in third. The winning time was 1:46.0.

Winning jockey Sakai reflected: "I studied past races and the current ground condition and found one path on the homestretch that will take us to the winner's circle. It was a good race and I am excited for the future with him."
