A comfortable winner of the Ocean Stakes, Vento Voce was guided by C. Lemaire to claim his second graded title in Nakayama. Vento Voce took up the running around the home turn and responded well to his jockey's urgings. He drew away from his rivals and won by two lengths leaving Divination in second.

A Shin Spotter finished third, 1/2 length behind Divination, and odds-on favourite Jubilee Head finished fifth.

Vento Voce is a son of Turtle Bowl out of Runway Snap by Distant View. This is his second graded stakes success after winning the Keeneland Cup in 2022.
