T O Royal, who is on a winning streak with victories in the Diamond Stakes and the Hanshin Daishoten, had a workout session on the 24th with jockey Hishida aboard. Clocking 6 furlongs in 1:26.4, the last three furlongs in 39.1 seconds, and the final furlong in 11.9 seconds, he trailed the other two horses by about half a length throughout the session. Given his consistent use of longer distances, there may be concerns about fatigue in his current race schedule, but considering his toughness, he seems to be handling it well.

Below is a question-and-answer session with jockey Hishida Yuji.

Interviewer- "In the previous race, the Hanshin Daishoten, he won by a margin of 5 lengths."

Yuji Hishida - "I was able to approach the race in really good condition. There was some concern because rain was forecast for the day, but he handled it without any issues. As the margin of victory shows, it was a strong performance."

Interviewer - "After a long break due to a fracture, he has made a complete comeback."

Yuji Hishida - "At the time of the Diamond Stakes, I felt like he had returned to his good form before the break, but after that Diamond Stakes, I feel like he had surpassed even that peak condition."

Interviewer - "The final workout involved three horses working together. Although he fell slightly behind after entering the stretch."

Yuji Hishida - "His condition was solidly set last week. The workout was designed not to overexert him, ensuring his physical and mental energy would be at their peak for the actual race. The time was as planned, and the performance was very good."

Interviewer - "What is the selling point of this horse?"

Yuji Hishida - "The selling point of this horse is his strong cardiovascular function. He runs with great ease during the race, showing remarkable composure throughout."

Interviewer - "This is his first time at Kyoto Racecourse, but how are you feeling?"

Yuji Hishida - "I'm not worried because we've performed well at new racecourses in the past."
