The locally trained Romantic Warrior with James McDonald on board won the G1 Queen Elizabeth II Cup at Sha Tin Racecourse in Hong Kong. Prognosis from Japan finished second and North Bridge, also from Japan, came home in third. Another Japanese runner, Hishi Iguazu finished fifth.
