Mitono O with Kohei Matsuyama on board won the G3 Heian Stakes at Kyoto Racecourse. Hapi finished second, a neck behind the winner, and Meisho Funjin came home in third, a half-length behind Hapi. The winning time was 1:57.4.

Mitono O is a son of Logotype out of Seductively, by Thunder Gulch. This is the first graded stakes title for Mitono O and the first JRA graded stakes winner for his sire, Logo Type.
