Sing That Song, with Hayato Yoshida aboard, scored a massive victory for connections as she earned herself a ticket to the Japanese 1000 Guineas, known locally as the G1 Oka Sho. Yoshida positioned her just behind the leaders and drew away from her rivals in the last furlong. Moon Probe came from behind with a strong run but could not catch up to the winner, finishing second just by a neck.

Sing That Song is a daughter of Duramente out of Thegirlinthatsong, by My Golden Song. This was her first graded title success, taking her career record to two wins from four runs.
