The International Federation of Horseracing Authorities (IFHA) have published their World's Best Racehorse Rankings for the first quarter of 2023.
The list is dominated by the result of the HKJC Group 1 Steward's Cup. Golden Sixty was given a rating of 125 for his one length win. Romantic Warrior and California Spangle received marks of 123 and 122 respectively for their placed efforts behind seven-year-old veteran Golden Sixty.
Group 1 Pegasus World Cup winner, Art Collector, and G3 Neom Turf Cup victor Mostahdaf, share a rating of 121 in fourth place on the Global Rankings.
The Dubai-bound Japanese duo of Panthalassa and Do Deuce have both received a rating of 120. Panthalassa received his mark for a famous front-running performance to clinch the G1 Saudi Cup. A 3.5L demolition of the G2 Kyoto Kinen earned Do Deuce his lofty rating.
