On September 29th at Chukyo Racecourse, Mirco Demuro (45) secured his 1,300th career win in the Japan Racing Association aboard Yoshi Tanrei in Race 7. He becomes the 30th jockey in JRA history, and the 14th active rider, to reach this milestone. His 1,300 victories include 34 G1 wins and a total of 111 graded stakes triumphs.

Demuro expressed his delight, "I'm truly happy to have reached 1,300 wins. I was confident I could achieve it today. I'll continue to give my best heading into the autumn G1 season. I'm so grateful to everyone who always supports me, their warmth means a lot to me. I really love them all."
