Sent-off favourite Wilson Tesoro with Yuga Kawada on board won the Jpn1 JBC Classic in a dominating way at Saga Racecourse. Meisho Hario finished second four lengths behind the winner and Kirinji came home in third three lengths behind Meisho Hario. The winning time was 2:08.0.

Wilson Tesoro is a son of Kitasan Black out of Chesutoke Rose by Uncle Mo. This is his fourth graded stakes title but this is his first Jpn1 title.
