A true blueblood has arrived in style to the JRA scene. Madison Girl, a two-year-old filly by Kizuna out of Yankee Rose and a half-sister to last year's Triple Tiara winner Liberty Island, lived up to her pedigree. She secured a debut win in a Newcomers race with a sharp closing three furlongs of 33.0 seconds.

"We've taken our time and brought her along carefully. That preparation paid off, and she delivered a strong performance in her first race," said jockey Yuga Kawada. Trainer Mitsumasa Nakauchida was equally pleased, "She showed great presence at the track today, and her winning style was impressive."
