Sent off the odds on favourite, Equinox proved once again why he is the number one in the world in the G1 Tenno Sho (Autumn). With Christophe Lemaire in the saddle, Equinox finished with a Japanese track record in a time of 1:55.2. Justin Palace finished second, two-and-a-half lengths behind the winner and Prognosis came home in third.

Equinox is a son of Kitasan Black out of Chateau Blanche, by King Halo. This is his second consecutive win in the Tenno Sho (Autumn) and the fifth G1 title of his career.
