Sent-off favourite, Corazon Beat and Takeshi Yokoyama won the G2 Keio Hai Nisai Stakes with a track record time for juveniles of 1:20.6. Logi Leon made a late challenge but finished a neck behind the winner. Orchid Romance came home in third a nose behind Logi Leon.

Corazon Beat is the daughter of Suave Richard out of Le Ciel d'Or, by Orfevre. This is her third consecutive win after breaking her maiden in June, and the victory also marked the first JRA winner sired by Suave Richard.
