Reflecting on the race, Matsuyama praised his mount, stating, "I thought we might have been passed for a moment, but Win Marvel fought back bravely in the end. There were many horses on the outside, but our positioning wasn't bad. With a good start, I was able to find a nice spot while keeping an eye on the front. Win Marvel responded well throughout, even when the runner-up came close. He showed great determination."
