Producing one of the headline results, this year's French G1 Prix du Moulin de Longchamp winner Sauterne was bought by Grand Stud for 4.2m USD at Fasig-Tipton November Sale in Kentucky.

Sauterne is a daughter of Kingman out of Salicorne, by Aragorn. Her career record is five wins from 12 starts, and she is well-related, her dam being a sister to six-time G1 winner Stacelita who is in turn the dam of dual G1 winner Soul Stirring and the granddam of Japan's 2022 Champion 3YO Filly Stars on Earth.
