Sent off favourite, Lemon Pop was a facile winner of Sunday's G1 Champions Cup under Ryusei Sakai, and became the only fourth JRA horse to win the both spring and fall dirt G1s. Wilson Tesoro finished second, one-and-a-quarter lengths behind, and Dura Erede came home in third a neck behind Wilson Tesoro.
