Northern Horse Park announced on the 27th the birth of the first foal by Efforia out of Japoni Chara. Northern Horse Park commented "She is the first progeny by Efforia to be born at the Northern Farm. This filly is the fifth produce by Japoni Chara and enjoyed their first excursion outside to the paddock today. She is still a bit scared of this world but getting used to it."

Efforia is a son of Epiphaneia out of Katies Heart. He won three G1 titles as a three-year-old including the Arima Kinen. His career record was six wins from 11 starts. His stud fee for his second year at stud is 4,000,000 JPY.
