The Japan Racing Association announced on the 1st of February that it is planning to add the G1 Saudi Cup to the list of international betting races for Japanese racing fans. The JRA will apply to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to allow Japanese racing fans to bet on the Saudi Cup.

Lemon Pop, Ushba Tesoro and Derma Sotogake are all planning to run in the Saudi Cup this year.
