Walzer Schall won in a style in the G3 March Stakes at Nakayama Racecourse under the guidance of Arata Saito. This is his second consecutive win after winning the Open Class race. Walzer Schall recorded the fastest final three furlongs and took over the race inside the final 100m.

Winning jockey Saito reflected "I have been riding him in track works and studies past races as well. I just needed to make a move at the right time. He was running very well at third and the final corner. He answered perfectly to my command and he is just getting better." Trainer Takagi added "He was just the best among all the runners. I am happy with the progress."
