Race 3 at Hanshin Racecourse on Saturday could be the one to watch this weekend. Potential future stars have gathered with stacked pedigrees.

Schwertlilie is currently the centre of attention, trained by the global training phenomenon Yoshito Yahagi. This three-year-old colt is by Maurice out of four-time G1 winner Lys Gracieux. He has been placed in both of his races since debut and aims to break his maiden in this race.

Reina Dorada by Rey de Oro, out of two-time G1 winner Shonan Pandora, is set to make her debut in this race. She has been clocking above-average times in track work recently.

Other notable runners include Chaldea, out of three-time French G1 winner Sarafina, Cynosure, whose aunt is seven-time G1 winner Vodka, and Dona Dona, whose uncles are G1 Japan Cup winner Gentildonna and Roger Barows.
