Shin Emperor, set to run in the G1 Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown on the 14th, had his track work on the turf course at Aigle Training Facility on the 4th. Jockey Christian Demuro was aboard for the six-furlong track work, partnering with a stablemate for the exercise.

After the gallop, Demuro commented, "He responded well when asked for an effort, and I believe he'll handle the turf here nicely. He has a few quirks, like looking around a bit, which reminds me of his brother, the Arc winner Sottsass"
