Hayabusa Nandekun won a thrilling edition of the 1800m G3 March Stakes on dirt, claiming victory from William Barows by just a nose.
Akihide Tsumura was aboard Hayabusa Nandekun, settled his mount three horses behind the leader and caught the front-running William Barows in the shadow of the post. Kitano Vision finished third, a length behind William Barows.
Hayabusa Nandekun is a son of Gold Allure out of White Cruiser, by Kurofune. This is his first graded stakes win in 21 starts.
