The sensational winner of the Dubai World Cup, 6YO colt Ushba Tesoro will be resting until the autumn following his efforts in the heat of Dubai. Trainer Takagi shed light on some interesting plans for his return, however, commenting: "Not only Japanese races (are being considered), but we are also thinking about the Arc de Triomphe or the Breeders' Cup."

Reflecting on his brilliant Dubai World Cup victory, he added, "I was worried when I couldn't see him at the first corner, but when he took hold of the bit in the crucial moments, I felt convinced he was going to win."
