Hayayakko was ridden to victory by Yutaka Yoshida in Sunday's G2 Copa Republica Argentina at Tokyo Racecourse. Sent-off favourite, Chrominance finished second a neck behind the winner and Taisei Feerique came home in third, a head behind Chrominance. The winning time was 2:29.0.

Hayayakko is a son of King Kamehameha out of Marshmallow, by Kurofune. This is his third graded stake title, following on from his victory in the G3 Hakodate Kinen in 2022.
