The historic G2 Daily Hai Nisai Stakes at Kyoto Racecourse in late autumn was won by the favourite, Run for Vow, a promising two-year-old filly. Despite a sharp start, she settled comfortably in fourth along the rail. In the stretch, she accelerated impressively along the inside, taking the lead and holding off her rivals to the wire.

Partnering with jockey Ryusei Sakai, who marked his 100th JRA win for the year with this race, the first-time duo achieved a memorable victory. Sakai reflected, "I focused on managing her energy levels and handling her at the gate. She showed a good burst of speed in the straight, and while the gap closed a bit, I'd call it a solid win. She's still a bit immature, but she's performed well enough to win a graded stakes, and I'm hopeful for her continued growth."

The third favourite, Dragon Boost, finished in second place, followed by the second favourite, Daishin Ra, in third. The winning time was 1:34.7.
