It has been announced that five-year-old mare Through Seven Seas, who achieved her first graded stakes victory in the G3 Nakayama Himba Stakes, will be entered in the G1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe on October 1st at Longchamp racecourse, as announced on the 18th by her affiliation Carrot Club on their website.

She is currently at pasture at Northern Farm Tennei, with the G1 Takarazuka Kinen on June 25th being considered for her next start. Carrot Club made clear that her Arc entry is mainly intended to increase her autumn opportunities, and decision on her participation will depend on her performance in her next start, and how she comes through that race.
