Following in the footsteps of her older brother, Garza Blanca is scheduled to compete in the 5th race at Niigata on the 12th, in what will be her debut race. She hails from an impressive bloodline, her half-brother being the highly accomplished Equinox, who boasts a remarkable four consecutive G1 victories in the Tenno Sho (Autunm), Arima Kinen (Grand-prix), Dubai Sheema Classic, and Takarazuka Kinen. This lineage has captured significant attention.

In a pre-race training session on the 2nd, Garza Blanca was worked from the 1400m mark on the woodchip course at Miho Training Center and travelled smoothly. Trainer Kimura explained, "With each passing week, we've been addressing the challenges, and her condition has been improving. She has a good spring, but her energy fluctuations have been unstable. So, we've been working on improving her mouth position and other aspects during her training sessions." Regarding comparisons with her brother, Kimura mentioned, "They are different types, and she excels at distances around a mile. She seems suitable for light turf conditions." Anticipation is building to see how she performs in her debut race.
