The unbeaten 2-year-old filly Ascoli Piceno conducted her final fast workout ahead of her run in the G1 Hanshin Juvenile Fillies this weekend, and pleased connections when she clocked 81.3s for the final six furlongs and 12.0s for the final furlong.

Trainer Yoichi Kuroiwa commented, "She is in a really good condition both physically and mentally. It was a good workout with the right pressure. I think the right-hand track with a single corner will suit her. I am confident."
